[Resolved]  Kurukshetra University — Provisional Certificate not received

I have applied for the provisional certificate online and successfully paid the amount of Rs 800 on 9th June 2022.
Below are the details :

I have also received an acknowledgement email from University that the application is in process on 10th of June.
However till now there is no communication regarding the same and status is still in process.
I need to submit my certificate in my company otherwise i will lose my job.
