I Shweta Gupta have done M.Tech. in computer science and engineering from Department of computer science, kurukshetra university, Kurukshetra. Now I am student of PhD in LNMIIT jaipur. I need a provisional degree certificate till 31 october 2015 otherwise my admission will be cancelled. I put an application with proper procedure in Academic building, certificate section to issue a provisional degree. They said they will give it to me by post. 2 months ago I applied for provisional degree certificate. Diary Number- 16319 Registration Number- 07-GMTK-112 after a month when i did not get it. i went again to kurukshetra universirty for complaint and they said they lost the application so try it again. again i applied but still after 1 month i didnot get it. they are not taking it serious. they are not giving it by hand. this is the matter of my career. please take strict action. i need it. please solve this problem as soon as possible.
