Kurukshetra University — Transaction declined. Need refund

Hello team,
I hope you are doing well. I was filling an admission form on kuk.ac for BCA for of sister on 8th of june 2023 . During this process the transaction declined twice and the total sum of Rs 1000( 500 each) was deducted through my bank account i.e. HDFC via net banking. Although we tried the third time after some time and the transaction was successful. Here are the transaction details : -

3. My bank account number : [protected]

Also I have contacted bank for the same. They reached me and told that the amount is debited from my account from their end also and guide me to contact to bill desk. Than I mail them for the issue and after two says they reverted back to me saying that they have processed the order and guide me to contact the merchant. Already done the mail to kuk but no response from their end.
