KVS — regarding non clarity in pgt tgt librarian application form submission due to which i had to pay fee twice and was unable to fill for librarian post

I have querried about the issue "i have applied for pgt cs but i also want to apply for library science post as written in the application form one can apply for two different posts. But while applying for library science it shows" data duplicate". So from another id i applied for the library science post.

Sir my confusion is this i have already paid the fee of pgt cs and now want to pay fee for library science post, but when i open the application form there is nowhere mentioning of the post code in the application form and it directed the page to the payment page and if in confusion i pay for the same pgt cs application form fee double then after acknowledgment will fee refund to my account please clarify." but they haven't reply even i mailed them and there administrative authority mrs vijyalakshmi more than 4 times but got no reply so in last i had to pay for the second application thinking it was of librarian post but due to error it's showing you have applied for for pgt cs again and due to there non clarity in application status and non cooperative behaviour i had to pay the fee double which amounted me 2000 rs instead of 1000 rs. Please look into the matter it is pure harrasmentof money and time. I want to apply for librarian post also and mailed them to adjust pgt cs post double fee payment to my librarians post but then still also don't get any respond from the authority.
