Am filing a serious complaint against **Kwality** regarding their product **Kwality Kreamy Magic cream Bread roll**, which I purchased from DMart, Mulund West. The roll was found to be visibly contaminated and chewed by rats or insects. I immediately raised tge issue to the kwality team on 12th May purchased on 11th may since then just delaying the matter.This is a severe hygiene and health hazard. I have attached photos as proof.
After raising the issue with DMart, I was contacted by **Zakir from Kwality**, who assured me that his senior, **Mr. Imtiaz**, would personally call me on **21st May** to resolve the matter. When no call came, he assured again that I’d definitely get a callback on **22nd May**. But **till date, no one from Kwality has contacted me**, despite repeated follow-ups.
Not only that — **Zakir intentionally stopped responding to my messages and calls**. He is clearly avoiding me, as I’ve noticed:
- When I call from my own number, he doesn’t answer.
- When I try from an unknown number, he **immediately picks up or calls back**.
He has also **pressured me not to file an online complaint** or post on social media, repeatedly assuring that “Imtiaz Sir will call soon.” These were just tactics to delay and block me from raising my voice publicly.
I am now attaching:
- Screenshots of WhatsApp messages showing **false promises**
- **Call log proofs** of repeated unanswered calls by me and him picking calls from unknown numbers
This entire behavior has caused me **severe mental stress and emotional distress**, especially because I am being treated this way **despite being the victim** of their product fault. This is clear negligence, unprofessional conduct, and harassment by Zakir and Kwality's team.

### I demand:
1. A **written explanation** and **public apology** from Kwality
2. Immediate **recall of the contaminated batch**
3. **Strict action against Zakir** for misleading and mentally harassing a consumer
4. **Appropriate compensation** for mental stress, time wasted, and endangering consumer health
If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it to:
- **FSSAI**
- **Ministry of Consumer Affairs**
- **Legal forums (Consumer Court)**
- **Social media** with full evidence
Enough chances have been given. Consumers deserve accountability and respect.
