L And T Finance — two wheeler loan cancellation

I booked a two wheeler bike on 8/3/2018 (ntorq red) in maansi bikes . they said within 25 days they will deliver...but laid a reason that red colour is not available so they took more than 45 days, then also they didnt deliver us . so we cancelled the bike in (tvs maansi bikes nungambakkam branch) and then mr.rajagopal owner of maansi bikes returned us the initial payment on 11/6/2018, i attached the bank statement for proof.
after this l and t finance debited amount (ecs) from my account, date:5/5/2018. due to insufficient balance the check have bounced and penalty amount 295 have been charged . we informed this to maansi bikes owner mr.rajagopal, he said that he has mailed to l and t finance.
even though on 5/6/2018 they again debited from my account rs 3386. whose fault is this ? either maansi bikes or L and t finance? from l and t they r calling us torturing regarding the payment ...even though we cancelled . (l and t finance they are sending letter regarding the due which i attached the photocopy) this is very serious please see to it.
