La Pinoz — No customer service support on app or web to ask for order refund

Hi! I by mistake ordered pizza on la pinoz app from Andheri outlet when I was in Udaipur and immediately realised and called and cancelled. I placed the same order then at Udaipur branch in person. That order from Andheri was paid for via gpay and they said that it would be refunded (the Andheri outlet) but I haven't received any message or mail for that. Moreover the order shows delivered on La pinoz app, when I was not even there
