La Pinoz — Their excuses for not dispatching the order

Hi.
I ordered today at 05:30pm from the La Pino’z at Siliguri, West Bengal. The order was ready for dispatch at 05:46 whereas they still did not dispatch the order. Called them thrice, they have new excuses everytime. They can’t even promise to give me hot pizzas. Such pathetic experience on the very first day.
