Sir i have paid 4200 rupees for a kurta, pant and slip on 9th of august. They delivered the defective kurta on 20th of august still i didnt receive any pant with it. I called them they didnt pick it up and they agreed for exchange but after requesting them so many times to get me the kurta
They have sent me the same defective kurta again on 20th of september.
They still havent delievered the pant or slip and they cancelled it without my consent.
Sir i have called them 100 times but once they picked my call.

they have still not refunded my money for pants and slip. and harassement i vl tell u wat actually is harassement that women dnt pick up her call.even when i tried calling her million times.those replies i vl post all the screenshot ..she replies after 1 day or 2 day .about refund they gave me a defective kurta i was unhappy about it coz after returning the kurta she gave me the same exact defective piece again .when i informed her she said ok i vl refund it give the kurta back just imagine after investing my 2 months time i had no pants or slip( which she simply just didnt send and send i vl refund) and a defective kurta in my hand .wait i didnt see ol the snapshots for ol these times.i vl share ol the screenshot.they wont recieve ur calls for days .trust me

n irony is she never called.and the message to me was why do u want to talk? what exactly do u want to discuss.she has blocked from insta.if i would have said that yeaa send the kurta again for 3rd time..that would have meant getting harassed for one more month .watch her replies and trust even after begging to talk to me she NEVER called.so decide for urself who harassed whom

i didnt ask her to cancel the shipment of pant and slip.even after i wasnt asking her to cancel she did and after this scenario i asked her for compensation .i m not a greedy person who just wanted money .i wanted a kurta pants and slip that i paid for.

she harassed me to no level .she shouted at me.she has given me a deadline of 24 hrs to return.this is after i told her about my mental TRAUMA.and thats whn i said about compensation.she herself CANCELLED my pants and slip saying that it didnt pass the quality check.here are the SCREENSHOT.

here is the whole compensation conversation not half the WHOLE conversation .i asked her to accept the fault that was the compensation i was asking at first.at last when it beyond my acceptance level then i said i vl file a complaint .even after asking her thousand times about the tracking id of pants n slip she didnt provide me any .because she hadnt sent the pants which i paid for in august and slip.and also i m yet to recieve the slip of refund which according to them they have given i dnt know where.

in just 24 hours 2 more people has described the same problem with this brand .this represents that they have done the same thing to many people.while their matter got resolved i cnt hv that option coz when i got the same defective kurta again even after exchange that was the height of irresponsibility and also for pant and slip she has not returned the money yet.

LABELJIYANI BUNNAI, GULABO JAIPUR, and many insta stores none of them has responded the way this LABEL AISHWARYRIKA has responded or behaved.i have never seen such ignorance, arrogance in a business.i[censored] make a commitment fulfiil it otherwise dnt make that committment

Here are some screenshots of the conversation where the customer Indu Bala has harassed the Brand Owner asking for a full refund while refusing to return the product.
The refund of the undelivered products (pants and slip) has already been initiated.

They have even asked for “compensation” for the 40-45 days time that they waited through the exchange and delivery process. The shipment was cancelled from our end after repeated harassment and blackmails to the brand owner as we don’t want to indulge in business with the customer in question. They were informed about the delays due to covid. We can share evidence to confirm all the information above. We are a reputed brand and we encourage the consumer forum to not fall prey to these vilified comments. Thank you.

i m speaking the truth and a reputed brand dont lie.i m just saying wat happened to me is unacceptable .it was covid time.i had no ethnic dress with me .i ordered just one kurta that was from ur site .i waited and waited even after receiving a defective piece i still waited .and then u guys gave me the same defective piece again .tell me one thing when i was just relying on one piece of clothing for all these months u expect me to return the item and just get a refund. so what about those anxious 2 months where i waited for one kurta and in the end i wont have nothing in my hand .those were upsc exam time when i was interacting with u guys instead of studying .so i will never let this go even if u take this to court i vl follow anywhere when i know that i didnt do anything wrong .

I placed an order for a rose pink kurta set worth ₹5847 on 25th September 2020 through Instagram DM. I received the same somewhere around 30th oct 2020 after waiting for a month or more. I had placed the order for my birthday which was on 11th oct and they had promised me a delivery before 11th while placing the order but I was patient since there’s a pandemic out there. On receiving I noticed that the kurta was totally different in terms of motifs, neck pattern n even slight difference in shade from the palazzo n dupatta I was very particular about the motif while placing the order I kept insisting that I want the same as in the picture and not even once did she say that the same wasn’t available at the time of placing the order also it is slightly stained on one end hence, I requested label Aishwaryrika for an exchange of only the kurta and that I would keep the remaining set as I was quite happy with it. She kept me waiting for days and finally agreed for an exchange of the kurta and again made me wait till 9th nov 2020 to send the alternate options that was available with her. I finally chose one of the designs she had and she agreed that they could give me the same for an exchange. After agreeing she never sent her warehouse address on which I should send the exchange product back after 3-4 days she gave me a reply that she can’t take any exchange orders now as it’s Diwali and they are busy with the new ones so again I patiently waited for 7 more days for Diwali to get over on 17th November I texted her back requesting for the exchange there was no response she blocked/restricted my account on Instagram she just wrote it’s out of stock simply making an excuse while I was begging her to confirm my order before Diwali itself. She is still not responding me please help me to reach out to label Aishwaryrika or their team . I don’t want any kind of refund I just want a simple exchange of the kurta only I am even ready to pay any extra charges to her if applicable but she simply isn’t responding to my messages and phone calls. It’s almost 2 months I have been quite patient and understanding throughout this process but there is no response/cooperation from her end and this can be mentally frustrating for anyone I don’t want to my money back neither want to return I am just begging for an exchange and ₹5847 is not a small amount for a student and the kurta alone is ₹3499 for which I am wanting an exchange
