Here are the screenshot of the conversation where the customer Indu Bala has harassed the Brand Owner asking for a full refund while refusing to return the product.
The refund of the undelivered products (pants and slip) has already been initiated.
They have even asked for “compensation” for the 40-45 days time that they waited through the exchange and delivery process.
The shipment was cancelled from our end after repeated harassment and blackmails to the brand owner as we don’t want to indulge in business with the customer in question.
They were informed about the delays due to covid. We can share evidence to confirm all the information above.
We are a reputed brand and we encourage the consumer forum to not fall prey to these vilified comments.

I placed an order for a rose pink kurta set worth ₹5847 on 25th September 2020 through Instagram DM. I received the same somewhere around 30th oct 2020 after waiting for a month or more. I had placed the order for my birthday which was on 11th oct and they had promised me a delivery before 11th while placing the order but I was patient since there’s a pandemic out there. On receiving I noticed that the kurta was totally different in terms of motifs, neck pattern n even slight difference in shade from the palazzo n dupatta I was very particular about the motif while placing the order I kept insisting that I want the same as in the picture and not even once did she say that the same wasn’t available at the time of placing the order also it is slightly stained on one end hence, I requested label Aishwaryrika for an exchange of only the kurta and that I would keep the remaining set as I was quite happy with it. She kept me waiting for days and finally agreed for an exchange of the kurta and again made me wait till 9th nov 2020 to send the alternate options that was available with her. I finally chose one of the designs she had and she agreed that they could give me the same for an exchange. After agreeing she never sent her warehouse address on which I should send the exchange product back after 3-4 days she gave me a reply that she can’t take any exchange orders now as it’s Diwali and they are busy with the new ones so again I patiently waited for 7 more days for Diwali to get over on 17th November I texted her back requesting for the exchange there was no response she blocked/restricted my account on Instagram she just wrote it’s out of stock simply making an excuse while I was begging her to confirm my order before Diwali itself. She is still not responding me please help me to reach out to label Aishwaryrika or their team . I don’t want any kind of refund I just want a simple exchange of the kurta only I am even ready to pay any extra charges to her if applicable but she simply isn’t responding to my messages and phone calls. It’s almost 2 months I have been quite patient and understanding throughout this process but there is no response/cooperation from her end and this can be mentally frustrating for anyone I don’t want to my money back neither want to return I am just begging for an exchange and ₹5847 is not a small amount for a student and the kurta alone is ₹3499 for which I am wanting an exchange

We got your mail . Please forward me the evidence by WhatsApp what you have. Request for your amount by UPI on complain board. Never share any personal information like card no cvv and never install any app like anydesk quick support. Kindly contact asap for further information.
