Lady Ware — cheat with damaged product

I ordered a saree in 22/05/2019 of rs 649. From ladyware online shopping site.. But i received a damaged old saree.. They are not receiving any calls either.. Please do some leagal action against them... I am ready to go as far as i can with legal formalities... I got to know that this site had cheated many people in the same way.. So please take a legal action against them
