Ladydeal — received wrong sarees | |||||
I had ordered 2 SAREES and paid rs.1150 but the company have sent some cheap sarees which are not even worth of 100 rs. I sent a whats app message about it but there was no response.None of the numbers given is working. Then I searched a number from YOUTUBE and called.The person on the other side admitted the error and asked for debit card details to refund which I denied to give.Because I paid cash and we do not need to give debit card details for receiving money as we only use it for paying money. I was ready to give bank account details which I have even given on the form given on the concerned site.Then he said that he will not refund my money and get return the product. I want a strict action against this company and all my money back.please help me to do so.
