Hi sir /madam i order two sarees in ladydeal website from facebook suggestion on oct 2018. but i got wrong sarees which is very poor quality also not worth of my amount. and then i sent return and refund form to that website on oct 17th but still i did not get any response from them.now i checked the past review of that website many of them wrote that was a fraud company. so please kindly take this complaints and take actions against to that...

We have purchased 2 sarees in ladydeal portal by paying rs 1148 by cash on delivery mode, add given in the facebook.. Those sarees not even valid for rs 100. The sarees delivered to us with very cheap and low quality which is not ordered by us. While showing the photo, they will be showing good photo and not delivering the same. Even they did not given an option to cancel at online. Their mobile number and email is fraud.

I ordered a lehenga worth rs 849 instead of lehenga i received a useless cloth of 1 metre.. The helpline numbers are switched off incorrect.. I purchased from ladydeal websitemy order no 148329.in the outer side of packet my address shown but inside the package there is name and address of the another customeri talked with her as the phone number is also given she said doesn't ordered anythg frm the website...

I had ordered 2 SAREES and paid rs.1150 but the company have sent some cheap sarees which are not even worth of 100 rs.
I sent a whats app message about it but there was no response.None of the numbers given is working.
Then I searched a number from YOUTUBE and called.The person on the other side admitted the error and asked for debit card details to refund which I denied to give.Because I paid cash and we do not need to give...

I ordered two long dresses and they send me a cheap saree. This website is totally fraud and fake. Please ban this kind of websites. How the instagram and facebook can show the advertisement of this fake websites. I want my refund asap. My order number is 135945.
