Ladywear — I m complaints about the item delivered (delivered a saree in place of a dress)

Reference message received against the order : (Sanghamitra, thank you for placing your order #30311 with Lady Ware - Order Will Delivered Within 7 to 10 Days.).
With reference to the above order a dress was supposed to delivered.However a saree which was not selected by me was delivered.I am not able to lodge any complaint in their web site due to unknown problem.Neither able to contact the customer service . please help me out.
