I placed my order with Ladywear on June 29th received the dress on approximately July 19th or 20th I started communicating with them on the 20th and have been going back and forward with them on the fact that the dress is too about 4 or 5 sizes too small I measured it:
The dress size should be a size 20=3X
Waist should be 35.4 measured 17"
Breast should be 44.1 tape measured 18"
The sleeve didn't have lining and it was suppose to have a corset back/with strings
They will not refund my money or tell me how to ship it back to them.
Their way to resolve it is to offer to reship the item or give me a coupon valued at 1.2 times the actual product amount. I would like to return the entire order as I matched the accessories with the dress.
I had to run around looking for a replacement after ordering from 2 places overseas my event has passed had to buy a dress locally.

Very very poor
I have book long frock
And they send a used saree

Pls help in refunding my product
They have send a poor product

Because i have book a long frock and they have send a a saree which is a 2-3 years old
So why such a product you will supply if not available of the product
Your service has disappoint me and my wife such a waste product has delivered

Pls listen to complaint they have taken 755 rs and no refund has intimidated

Ladywear has a site in facebook where they attract customer by giving offers on dresses etc.. I have order no 34753af dress from them thinking of geniune site but got cheated they delivered wrong product old torn saree.. I asked delivery boy that i will open the pracel and then will pay he refuse and told not to open it.. I want my money refunded kindly help.. With reference to the above order a dress was supposed to delivered.However a saree which was not selected by me was delivered.I am not able to lodge any complaint in their web site due to unknown problem.Neither able to contact the customer service . please help me out.
