Lakshadweep Holidays — non-payment of refund fee

I had booked a vacation package for 7 passengers thru this travel company named Lakshadweep Holidays (https://www.visitlakshadweep.com). The date of travel was 22.5.2018 but the trip got cancelled due to bad weather. I made a total payment of 2 lakhs to the travel agent prior to the trip.

After the trip was cancelled, I was assured of FULL REFUND by the Agent. Till date they have refunded only 1.5 lakhs in 3 instalments. The last payment was made in August 2018. Since then the Agent has been declining my phone calls and have not refunded the balance 50, 000.
