Myself, Lt Avyakt Mishra, am an officer in the Indian Navy and therefore the nature of my job gives me little time to deal with my own personal issues. I wanted to buy a Mahindra Thar.However, that could not be the case due to slack and procrastinating attitude of the staff at VS ECO POWER PVT LTD, Yamuna Vihar, New Delhi.
The booking had been done as on 14 Nov 2021 with the payment of Rs.21, 000. I intended to buy the car through the CSD Canteen. On 15 December 2021 I got a leave from my job of 14 days and was hopeful that 14 days would be enough time to get the work done since the car was available and I was assured of the same by the dealer that the work would be done within the time bracket of 14th to 28th of December. The booking receipt however I could only receive by 18 December after constantly badgering and reminding the dealer that I required the same to make a demand on the CSD online portal.
made the payment on 20 December 2021 and completed all the formalities from my end and thus my demand was complete and in process with the CD portal.
However on 21 December 2021 I checked that the demand was put on hold due to some documents not being submitted from dealer's end. The CSD website asked me to contact my dealer to please do the same.The same was informed to the dealer right away and I requested them to please finish the required documentation because time was getting critical now. However, everyday despite several calls from my end nothing has been done as of now and thus i have to cancel my order.
At first I thought the slackness was from the lower end of the organisation but as time progressed and I got clarity that this was not the case.
I would like to mention Mr.Robbin Bhatnagar and Mr. Rahul Batia by name with regards to the same. I was in constant touch with Mr. Vikas of the same dealership who seemed to be trying from his end to get the job done.
I have already paid a sum of Rs.12, 14, 607 to the CSD which is likely to be refunded to me.in addition to this i had paid Rs.21, 000 to the dealer as booking amount of which only RS.19, 000 has been refunded to me with a loss of RS.2, 000 as cancellation charge.
I have found myself helpless in this entire situation and I pray that no customer should have to go through the same helplessness.
