Lakshmi Vilas Bank — Credit card amount issue

Respected Sir, I have paid my HDFC credit payment Rs. 46000/- on July 27th from Lakshmi Vilas Bank through bill desk, my amount was debited from Lakshmi vilas bank but HDFC credit card payment still pending only and amount also not credited
