I went to purchase gold chain in lallithaa jewellery @ chromepet on 01/05/2019 by exchanging 2 old gold chains weight 22 carat 16.240 (Wastage 4.060) kdm 18.228 (Wastage 0.372), total weight-34.468gms, total cost rs.104714/-. We have choosed the gold chain and about to buy the chain. But sales exectuive (Suganya selvaraj) after several brain wash she told to book under smart booking scheme. She told not to fix the grams under this scheme and choose rate not fixed. If we fix the rate then we can avail the grams rate at the time of maturity for the amount of rs.104714/- so we choosed rate not fixed scheme and not explained that grams will be deducted. She promised that old gold will kept safely till maturity. We went after maturity period on 02/10/2019 they saying that we can only 29.17gms of gold. After several arguments they are not supposed to give the chain as promised. Then we told to return back the old gold they saying that old gold will get melt on the very next day of exchange. My question is how can they melt the old gold without my permission. How they can give 29.17gms by getting my gold chains of worth 34.468gms after 150 days. My interest for rs.104714/- where it is gone. This is cheating. I need justice for this.
They should give the gold as promised with the scheme or they should return my old gold chains.
