I went to purchase gold chain in lallithaa jewellery @ chromepet on 01/05/2019 by exchanging 2 old gold chains weight 22 carat 16.240 (Wastage 4.060) kdm 18.228 (Wastage 0.372), total weight-34.468gms, total cost rs.104714/-. We have choosed the gold chain and about to buy the chain. But sales exectuive (Suganya selvaraj) after several brain wash she told to book under smart booking scheme. She told not to fix the grams under this scheme...
