Lanco infratech ltd — Toll gate fell on the car

I don't no still ppl in Lanco Devihalli Highways Limited(near kunigal) was not managed properly themselves. They tell it's automatic but one person near the toll tells to move the Vechicle then also toll gate fell on the car. If we go and ask them they talk very roud and they start using slangs. This as happened on 4th of October 2020 around 4.30-5.30 in between... They started asking money from us even after the toll gate doesn't work properly.
I have also broke the toll so I have paid Rs.50000/- on spot. I don't think that will cost that much. But that happened only after they asking money from us. same time the other 2 Vechicles had the same issue. Pls return my money back. I know that will not even come to u ppl. Because their was no complement given to police station nor they have given the acknowledgement from the money they accepted.
