It is requested that we had a deal with owner of Land Twister Mr. Pankaj Sood for plot number 59 (142 yards, corner) in Decent City Society (Bagumajra, Ludhiana Road, before Toll Plaza, Kharar, Mohali), for which I transferred ₹200000/- to your Land Twister account on 9 September 2024. The details of which are as follows:-
50000/- from UPI Payment Bank of Baroda Credit Card
20000/- from UPI Payment Bank of Baroda Credit Card
49000/- from UPI Payment ICICI Bank A/c
49000/- from UPI Payment ICICI Bank A/c
2000/- UPI Payment ICICI Bank A/c
30000/- from HDFC Credit Card swipe machine (Pankaj Sood's Swipe Machine).
In which it was agreed on part to provide all the approved documents of that plot and Decent City Society. In this Mr. Pankaj Sood had said that if I am not able to fulfill any of these conditions, then I will be entitled to give you double the amount of ₹200000/- given by you. At that time Mr. Pankaj Sood had assured me so much that I agreed to transfer this ₹200000 to your account Land Twister. And my husband had even told you that Pankaj Sood ji, do not do any such work due to which you and I may lose sleep. Despite this Pankaj Sood did this to me.
When I demanded the M.C. approved layout plan of the society and M.C. approved N.O.C. and the registered number of the society from M.C., then the reply came from Mr. Pankaj Sood side that this Decent City Society is not approved. If there is no approved document of that society, then no facilities will be available there. Who would want to buy a plot in an unapproved society where all facilities are not available. Therefore, as per the terms of the deal, this deal cannot be completed. And now Mr.Pankaj Sood is saying that we should look at some other property in its place, but I did not like any other property.
So I want to cancel this deal and refund my amount given by me along with interest back to my account. And I went in my own vehicle for all the properties you showed me. And I have already met Mr. Pankaj Sood five times and requested you to cancel this deal, But he said that he would pay only one lakh amount return. I say that I am not asking for donation from them, I am only asking for my given money back. So pls help me to return my given amount.
