I would like to register a complinat against BSNL, PUNE, Yerwada/Viman Nagar.
Vide a letter PTR/TRA/ESAT/ICB/5057 DT. 17.09.2012, BSNL is sending a letter with complete baseless and wrong information and warning me stating recovery of bill outstanding Rs.2505/-.
I would like to put some fact here. Last several month the telephone line bearing no.[protected] is not working since many months. But every month BSNL used to send bills charing monthly rental without any usage. I have visited telephone exchange and met incharge Mr.Khare and discussed about the issue. He clearly told me that the line cannot be restored due to some undergrojund cables are damaged in the drainage in cross road of Viman Nagar. They gave up this matter. I understood from Divisional engineer office at Yerwada that dispute is already running between PMC and BSNL. There fore they suggested me to switch to WLL mobile instead of land line. I have applied for WLL and currently the same is functioning on my address.
As per the suggestion last month during September, I surrender the telehpone instrument and requested for a waveir of the outstanding. Mr.Khare agreed they will do the needful and pass the matter to billing deparemnt. Post that I submitted the proof of document to CSD at Yerwada and requested for disconnection permanently. They have accepted and the CSD agent spoke to Mr.Khare and despite having the outstanding on telehpone, I was told this will be settled within their system citing the non-function of telehpone. This Viman nagar - Zircon society many telehpone line non-function matter is known to enitre BSNL authorities and concerned HODs of various deparemnets.
However they have quated in the letter that, for non-paymnet of bills the line was disconnected. Also gave an ultimatum stating I have to pay Rs.2505/- on or before[protected] or else I have to face legal suit and they might recover the money along with 18% interest.
I request this fourm to help me to settle this matter decenly. I am not concerned on the Amount, I can pay any time. But the morale of the concerned authorities wihtout reaslising and looking at the customer problem. The overall approach by BSNL is harrasment to simple citizen like me. BSNL - landline telephone — wrong billing
My BSNL landline no. is[protected]. I had applied for a landline connection which is incoming only but BSNL is sending me a bill of 190/- which is for outgoing facility since 3 months. They had done this for the first month also but I reported to them and they changed. Now they have again included outgoing facility charges. I had clearly mentioned in the application form that I want incoming only. I request you to enquire this with respect to my application details.They had even sent a bill of 80,000/- once and on reporting they changed it.
I demand action against these people who even after my queries are not responding properly.
