I stay in one single room in masoodpur vasant kunj Delhi. My landlord charges 8Rs per unit for electricity, every month he charges above thousand Rupees as per the meter he installed eventhough I don't use any electronic luxuries like TV, refrigerator, cooler/AC or washing machine.
