Landlord — Security deposit not refunded

I stayed for 10 months in 1634, Krishna Gali, Malka Ganj, Delhi-110007 and vacated the flat on 17/04/2023. The landlord, Pawan Gupta, however has not refunded the security deposit yet. Also, he has deducted unjust amount from the deposit for unfair reasons. It has been more than 45 days yet he doesn’t respond to my calls or messages asking for an update. Kindly look into the matter.
