Landmark Forum — Refund money rejected

I paid for a course for April 21, 22, 23, 25 by paying any amount of INR 20, 500. At beginning of April I realised I could not attend. I informed the Landmark team in advance and asked for a refund. They sent me a mail on cancellation notice for the course but they haven’t refunded my money till date. They say I have to register someone to get my money back. Very unprofessional and unethical of the company. It’s a warning for people who are interested to join such forums to be careful.
