I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything from this so-called fake brand under TATA's name. I ordered a bag for the first time from this website and when I didn't receive any communication from their side after 10 days of placing my order, I went to the website and checked that my order was still not shipped. I tried to contact them via email, but at first, they didn't respond almost after sending 5-6 emails, they finally responded telling me that they could not find my order which was ridiculous because I already mentioned my order ID and screenshots. Then I tried to contact their customer service via call but to my surprise, the person told me that it was the Westside customer care number so I had to contact landmark via email only. To summarise, this Landmark Xcite didn't have their customer care number, didn't reply to emails, and I never received my order. After this, I will not buy anything from any brand related to TATA.
