Landmark Xcite — Order No.4604 /Cancellation/Refund

I had placed an order #4604 on 13/04/2022 on Landmark Xcite. The site said that the delivery would be within 5-7 days. I did not get any updates on the shipment/delivery details so I called on & sent a mail asking for the same as I wanted the product by/on 22nd. When I called on 22/12/2022, I was told by one Ms. Shazya that I would receive my product by 29/12/2022. Hence I canceled my order and sent a mail on 22/12/2022 to the same effect. Then on 23/12/2022I received a parcel from Blue Dart with Landmark Xcite product which I refused/returned the consignment. I called on 26/12/2022 and informed the customercare of the same to which they told me that I will get my refund within 5-7 working days. I waited and called again on 30/12/2022 to check on the refund. Blue Dart told me that they had intimated Landmark Xcite of the product being refused/returned by the Customer but the seller did not ask back for the product and hence the consignment was still lying with them. Landmarks says they got no such intimation. So between The seller and the Courier Company’s non /miscommunication the Customer has to suffer. I spoke to one Mr. Kamlesh on 30/12/2022. He asked me to send a mail with the Blue Dart’s details which I did. I got a vague mail reply saying they will check & revert. But after that no communication or update of the refund. I called today (03/01/2023), Mr. Kamlesh is not available and as usual Customer Care is not aware and has no updates!!!
Request to kindly check and assist me on getting back on my refund.
