I have purchased Lapcare battery on 23rd March2022 and on Nov, battey was dead. I have replaced the battery from Janakpuri service centre on Nov'21 and my battery was dead on April'2022.
I have spoken several time to Lapcare customer care but they told that they are helpless and not able to do anything.
Being a regular customer of Lapcare, Iwant to register a complaint for the quality of the battery which was dead 2 times during 1 yr.
I am requesting you to kindly take necessary action and replace my battery otherwise I will soot a complaint to consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
