I have purchased Lapcare battery on 23rd March2022 and on Nov, battey was dead. I have replaced the battery from Janakpuri service centre on Nov'21 and my battery was dead on April'2022.
I have spoken several time to Lapcare customer care but they told that they are helpless and not able to do anything.
Being a regular customer of Lapcare, Iwant to register a complaint for the quality of the battery which was dead 2 times during 1 yr.
I am requesting you to kindly take necessary action and replace my battery otherwise I will soot a complaint to consumer forum.

Are you guys running a company or a circus. Your customer care only asks apologies and says that I will recieve an update within 24 hours. No update I recieved since last 4 days.
Shut your company if you can't resolve a problem of your customer.

I was bought lapecare battery for laptop on 26 april 2021. It was damged and not functioning. And it is under also in warranty period so I want to replace it.

I bought a Lapcare battery from the retail market here (Jam Khambhaliya) on March 8, 2021.
I have already replaced this battery 3 times. The replaced battery arrived just 2 days ago. Yet there is a problem. It doesn't work properly.
Please take appropriate action in this regard.

I purchased a lapcare laptop battery and it is under warranty.
unfortunetly my battery is damaged and i go for service center for the damage.
they continuesly delaying for my service,

THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY HAVE NO STOCK. BUT BUT THEY SELL THE SAME PRODUCT IN ONLINE ... HOW IS IT POSSIBLE ?
THEY WON"T PROVIDE HOME SERVICE FOR REPLACING PRODUCT.

I have purchased a LAPCARE battery for laptop
But after 5 months it is not working properly. The laptop shut down after half an hour.
When I complaint they told rudely "it has been about a year and this usually happens in lapcare battery and it can not be replaced."

I am Complaining About Battery Replacement The Service Provider In Dhanbad (LAPCARE SERVICE CENTER DHANBAD IN URMILA TOWER BANK MORE DHANBAD ) the Owner Behave like Uneducated Person. He is not listen Customer what he is Saying. Talk like bla... and product was damage not working Please change your Service Provider.

When I to use my bootable pendrive I want to go in bios menu but I cannot go because none of the function key works to get me in bios menu....

I have purchased Lapcare mouse WL 300 dated 17.12.19 from Nehru Place Delhi. Please find attached invoice.

I purchased a lmb h 61 model motherboard of lapcare and after 2 days the motherboard stopped working. This poor company had given a warranty of one year. But not yet replaced. So don't purchase any products of lapcare company.
Very bad and wrost company in india.
If you want buy accessory regarding computer system products you go for others brand.

This is Yudhisthira Sahu, i have bought a laptop battery from Lapcare Model Type-HPCQ42LH, containing Serial No-GH041619BTO03944, purchased on 27/08/2016.
I have a complain of low backup issue with the battery from January 2017, so i called the customer care no-[protected], the customer care executive then provide me the address in Bangalore Location, then i visited there on 23rd January 2017 to avail my warranty service on battery....

i brought a battery from lapcare. its not charging. i send back the battery for my replacement. till now they are not responding me properly. now i call to delhi nehru place number[protected], they are telling me to call after 12. irresponsibility level is high. very worst response by those customer care
