I have ordered a battery through laptop gallery.in.
They have sent faulty battery with a nice package.i told them immediately. they returned back my order.They received a money from me.They have sent replacement battery through DTDC courier. After 20 days, I received a empty pack from DTDC . Immediately i contacted laptop gallery [protected] number. he did not properly.They have cheated me through this battery purchase. I lost Rs5000 . hereafter do not purchase any products form laptop gallery.in. i have sent many mails, and calls. till now no response.i am planning to put this to consumer court
