I purchased a HP battery from this website and it worked for 1 month and stopped working. I asked for a replacement and they provided a replacement but it didn’t work and stuck with 5%. They are not ready to replace the battery and not attending my phone and no response to WhatsApp chat. This is a fraud website. I will take action to block this website with available evidence.
