I purchased a HP battery from this website and it worked for 1 month and stopped working. I asked for a replacement and they provided a replacement but it didn’t work and stuck with 5%. They are not ready to replace the battery and not attending my phone and no response to WhatsApp chat. This is a fraud website. I will take action to block this website with available evidence....

I Ordered : LG-021112 Placed on 04/08/2021 11:00:05- Dell Precision M3800 - 3 Cell T0TRM Original Laptop Battery.
In just 30 days this battery stopped working - now I am asking for replacement or money refund they are not responding.
So I would suggest all future customers not to buy any product from laptopgallery.in - or say Splendid infotech with GST# 24AMMPS1461R1ZC.

Cancellation of order
I ordered for Aser aspire5755g original battery on COD basis.They called me and informed that they are packing it and sending within 4 days
I requested them on same call to mail me it's. Invoice copy and date of delivery
But they didn't send me Invoice copy in advance hence I requested to cancellation my order, Then they immediately sent me message that your package is shipped

Hi this is Gayathri and I did ordered ho charger and found shipping is extending by two days daily ..so approached customer care for cancellation.
But the call was never picked up and no response front he whatsapp as well.

No delivered even after 45 days.

I have ordered dony vaio vgp bps 26a original from laptopgallery.in my order no. is LG-012991 ordered on 6 sept. 2020 but till now its not been delivered and they can't come to conclusions nor refund my money till date. Please report this website as much as you can and cancel their license and ban their website.

The item, as per the above order details, has been purchased for my office laptop. Hence, gst invoice is mandatory for the amount to be reimbursed. But the supplier not sent a gst invoice along with the product. Several reminder mails has been sent but no response from the supplier.

I have purchased HP laptop battery model p001-tx on 12th July 2019 with standard delivery but still I'm not received my product from laptop gallery. As per invoice it should be delivered between 18th July 2019 to 20th July 2019. I'm send mail to [protected]@laptopgallery. If I'm call them (GSTIN : 24AMMPS1461R1ZC) Tel:[protected] no one answers.

Luckily After 20 days I have received my HP laptop battery... Thank god
Sir all our purchases are thru authorised Distributor or importer only and covered under company warranty so if you face any issue n your complaints are not resolved pls share your details on our WhatsApp no [protected]. It will be resolved as soon as possible
