I have ordered a Wifi LAN card for my laptop on March[protected]. they shipped me a faulty and used product. the same day itself I have informed this company that the product is not working and raised a request for replacement also they said that they will provide a replacement. so I sent the courier to this company at my own expense. after one week someone messaged me regarding the same and asked for more details. I provided as many details as I can. I'm daily following up with these people for my product, every time usually they won't respond to my concern. each time they are making simple excuses like lockdown, shop not open, didn't received spare from supplier, each time my query is responding by different people. at last, I told them "I don't want the product please provide a refund" that also they are not willing to do, now it is almost 2 months i have been following up with these people for my product. The staff is rude.
