This complaint is about laptophub.in wajirpur delhi
I placed order for laptop cooling fan and made full payment on 22 may 2020.

After 13 days they emailed the despatch details which was wrong and non trackable.
Even after writing emails, making numerous phone calls no response from the company

V pathetic service and i they just dont respond once they get payment
They started giving excuses and ignore the calls, messages. The staff is rude

Will never buy anything from them

company said product despatched through speedpost. i tracked on speedpost and docket no was not of speedpost. finally i got parcel trhough dtdc packed in amazon plastic bag with laptophub tag on it the company does not have clue about it and they are still searching

Mr murthy we explained two three times due to lockdown there will be delay in payment. which was just 250 rs. You did not understood our problem with manpower and other issues in lockdown and without patient's u wrote this publicly. You already received ur money. Now you should edit your msg. We dnt keep anyone's money. All delays are due to lockdown. Any good customers do understand the lockdown situations.
Kindly remove this.

People til date we must have dispatched more then 1 lack parcels till date out of which 4 complaints. I hope u will understand some customers have no patient's
