Larsen & Toubro Infotech [L&t] — Annexure K has not been provided despite sending form 13 through post

Hi Team,

I am an ex-employee of LTI Airoli. I have initiated a PF Transfer request on EPFO and it is being settled with the field officer.

But I have not received Annexure K and I have to submit it to the current organization.

I have been following up with the SSC team and CHS separation Team but till yet I have not received any response in email. Also I have separately raised LTSSCI[protected] and LTSSCI[protected] on SSC helpdesk but its been closed without providing me Annexure K.

Request you to look into this and please provide me Annexure K as I Left the organization 3 years back.
