PM of site mr.amit Kumar singh is not crating invoice and demanding bribe of rs 50 thousands that is impossible for me to give. A have submitted all the documents many times. Please take necessity action and make instructions to give me payment soon as I need very much....

The form 13 has been approved by the field officer. But the amount has not been transferred to LTI PF account yet.
