I have 2moc contactor which has phase missing problem moc 15 and moc25

For my immigration, I have requested the company (LTI Separations team) for a reference letter on the company letterhead. They asked me to get the job roles and responsibilities approved by my manager or colleague. I have got the approval over email and sent it to them but there has been no response from the team.

I have a strict deadline from Immigration post which my application gets rejected.

Resolution required:
Issue the reference letter on the company letterhead. And acknowledging the request by responding to the emails I've been sending the separations team.

With reference to one my friend I received a call from Mr. Chirag Bhatt who is claiming to be an Zonal Manager with L&T Infotech, Mumbai on 9th Feb'2021.

He conducted interview over the call and asked to deposit 1800/- for Aptitude Test and 1500/- for Digital ID creation (total 3300/-). Same was deposited through Gpay as suggested by him on his personal contact no.gpay account. Upon which he confirmed that I will be receiving the receipt for the payment made. Also he whatsapp me the Question set for practice and asked to confirm once am prepared. He also confirmed that I have to go through the 4 stage of selection as a formality. From which two rounds will be conducted by HR & 2 by himself. He offered a package of 10lacs per annum for a Data Analyst & Project Manager Role. Also he confirms that 3months training will be provided. He asked me to share reference for any of my friend who is looking out for job vacancy in Accounts, Marketing & HR as there are vancancy in L&T Infotech. I also shared some references. But before going through their Resume or taking any Interview & sharing any Profile requirements he asking everyone to deposit the same amount via Gpay as he asked me to do. Over the call he was giving my reference and asking everyone to deposit on my trust. This was the moment we found something fishy. He continously followed up for the amount to be deposited by everyone. And when upon finding suspicious everyone demanded an official mail from L&T official mail id he fumbled to reply and denied to take them onboard.

Amount of 3300/-₹ deposited will be refunded back in 1st month salary if selected else will be refunded back. Today is 12th Feb, 2021 and am still not in receipt of any mail from HR of L&T Infotech for the deposit receipt and not even my Aptitude Test is scheduled.

On requesting him to furnish the proof of his employment with L&T Infotech, he just keeps saying that he will share all the details but nothing received so far.

He also asked me to share my PAN Card & Aadhar Card images over whatsapp which I declined to shared it on personal whatsapp and email id.

He blocked my no. also not confirming about the refund.

For Under ground Sewage process the L&T construction dig in the middle of the street road on 02nd Jan 2021 still date no further action taken, we are really facing issues of walking on street, unable to take our vehicles out, and if any emergency even ambulance cant come inside. we have waited for long but no response from L&T construction team, already many scenario like bike falling in, car structed and theft attempt because of parking vehicle away from our view, i request to take action immediately, else I will escalate to top management.

I had worked with 'L&T Infotech' in Mumbai from 02 April 2009 to 15 Nov 2014. This PF account was maintained by a PF Trust with L&T Infotech. Also, for this above mentioned employment period, the UAN/Aadhar facility was not available.

A manual PF transfer request was initiated by my current organization (IBM Pvt. ltd.) on 29-Jan-2020. But neither I nor my current org have recieved any response or request...

MCX 22 contactor not making contact due to detached spring leaf .

My name is JAI SINGH CHOUDHARY with UAN[protected].
I worked in navuday infrastructure with member id {MPIND[protected]} from NOVEMBER 2017 to AUGUST 2019 as a subcontractor under L&T COMPANY.
Due to some mistake L&T company started giving me provident fund from OCTOBER 2018 to APRIL 2019 with member id {CBSLM[protected]}.
I was not able to claim from navuday member id so I transferred my pf amount from navuday member id to L&T member id.
Now I am not able to claim the amount as they are giving reasons like your member service ___ is overlapping with member id MPIND[protected].
Please kindly provide me the solution regarding this problem.

I've been constantly dropping an email for ANY update. yet is no response.

SSC helpdesk call center is on holiday since very long time.
There is just one helpline number.

If I call the office phone number. They won't answer no matter how many times you call them.

This is to inform you that recently i purchased plenty of switches of LT. But out of which many switches loose or damage. 6 are normal 3 power switch and 3 bell switch.
