We have purchase two 63 amp changeover on date 18 Feb 2020, both are installed in site, But after 2-3 months a changeover is facing some problem,
The problem is that he is not supplying a phase, we could not complain due to lock down, please provide help

My sewerage work has been done on 15 sept. 2020 but till now there is sewerage debris in front of my house. I have spoken to L & T contractor many times but he also did not pick it up and I told the contractor if you do not pick up the debris then I will do the Complain. It says that complain, I have told L&T engineer about this, but no one has picked up the debris, I have given photo attachments of the debris & Leakage Sewerage pipe. And one of my sewerage pipes is also leaking but still it has not been fixed.
have mailed you but till now you have not given any answer. It is very useless service of L&T company.

I left l&t infotech pune in march 2016 but my provident fund money is with them since then. I had been dropping multiple email to their chs separations team, payroll team, l&t pune head - mrs. Rupali veerkar, payrol team head - abid khan asking them to transfer my pf money. Shared all details, old pf account and current pf account with uan but they never respond, yesterday i. E. 10th aug 2020 raised a pf transfer request on epfo website, dropped them email plus raised another ticket in l&t infotech internal portal-ssc but no response. This is what they have been doing since 2016, intentionally not giving me my pf money and has kept it in their trust.

Similar is the case with atos india, they are also doing the same thing and rejecting my online pf transfer request twice without any remarks/comments.

I want consumer complaints forum to take serious action against l&t infotech and atos india. And please help me in getting my pf moeny from both these employers - l&t infotech, pune and atos india, pune

Point-1: While i was trying to see my Passbook or want to withdraw my PF money it seems to be issue with employer side.
Point-2:Also i was unable withdraw my PF balance.
Point-3: I have submitted a transfer request ling back but got no response from employer side.
