Respected sir here i am posting a complaint about my grocery stores that i have two grocery stores in l&t constructions in which i provide grocery and food items for labours in the labour colony.
I have a one more partner in my shops and the shops are registered by his name. So now he cheats with me and said u can go from here and u these shops are only mine because they are registered by my name. Sir pls help me i assumed lots of hard work and lots of money to.. Please help I have requested the accountant many times but he says today evening tomorrow morning other like cook labour's they got their payment I was working as house keeping in guest house since 2018 because of lockdown unable to attend to the work sector 109 Chintel paradiso dwarka expressway

Sir with so much of hope i am urvashi singh (Victim) composing this mail after trying the very first alternative... Your one of employee is threatening me along with the whole l&t colleagues in the workplace. He is mannu kumar working sri lanka now since december mid. I lodged the police complaint against him, he signed restraining order still he is bothering me, before that he he's been imposed with criminal case in nit patna with a suicide of his ex girlfriend.. Now he again trapped me n torchuring me mentally and physically. I have enough proof against him and also proof against all call and messages i got from l&t staff of sri ganganagar... I am writing this mail because mannu is in sri lanka and from there he is threatening me after police action and restraining orders. If you not talking any action against him or you not warning him then definitely i need to take help of media and court where the reputed company like l&t will be dragged in because i have enough proof given to police, women cell and my lawyer. He is a psycho criminal and you should check background before giving job so i tried to handle things before at my level, also complaint to sri ganga nagar l&t, police has given warning to him. He has gifted me things which he taken in front of police and signed mou but this is trick and technique of whole family. And your employee mannu kumar is getting salary of rs.[protected] inr yet he claiming he had spend 5k rupees on me which he hasn't to proven to cop's and i had proof of each and every word i am saying here. Each and every... He has taken money in cash from me and stolen things from my house forcefully entering into my home. He also involve in some evil rackets i can prove even he has been sending offensive messages to other girls on fb in name of l&t i have proof of those messages. Kindly take any action else i will take this forward to court and media. Sending you attachment of the complain i lodged.

Main barnala ka rehne wala hun maine 11 dec ko lt ka interview dia. Fr v main thode din idher udher ghoom kr stamp lgva lia. Abh mere ko pura ek mahina ho chukka that ghumte huye. Akhir kar meri selection hui mere ko mumbai se call aya joining ke liye. Mumbai wali madam boli apka driving license chahiye maine woh v apply kr dia. Fr boli apki bank detail sahi nahi hai new account open kro maine woh v kr lia. Uske baad main 5 feb 2020 ko rupnagar chla gaya jo mere city se 180 km hai. Main bike se gaya kyu k field work hai bike compulsory hai. Main sham ko pahuncha dusre din maine room liya rent par. Main office gaya woh bole offer letter do maine mumbai wali mam se baat ki woh boli bs abhi bhejti huun abhi huun abhi bheji huun waar waar call krne par same and. Aise krte krte 10 din ho gaye. 11 ve din mam boli apki joining nahi ho skti aur fr main ghar aa gaya. 4 - 5 din baad msg aya v apka training hai chandigarh mein maine ignore kr dia and koi aur job dhoondna shuru kr diya. Akhir job v mil gyi 23 feb ko jana tha mujhe new job ke liye. And 20, 21, 22 feb countinue calls aa rhi thi mujhe lt se training ke liye. 22 feb ko vaar vaar call ane pe maine mam ka phone attend kiya woh training ke liye boli mere ko maine sara kuch mam ko bataya woh boli aap tension matt lo apka offer letter training khatm hone se pehle aa jaayega. Akhir main training ke liye chla gya 4 din training hui but mera offer letter nahi aya. Training khatm hone k baad main ghar aa gaya sham ko mam ka phone aya subha apko join krna hai main offer letter bhej rahi huun. Maine kaha thk hai. Subha tk offer letter nahi aya aur main nahi gaya. Sham ko 3 vje mam ki call ayi boli aap gaye kyu nahi maine kaha offer letter nahi aya aur mam boli apka offer letter aa rha hai tum aaj hi jao rupnagar nahi to fr offer letter nhi milega main ready ho kar rupnagar ke chal pda 180 km dur jana tha mujhe main raat 9 vje tak pahuncha rupnagar aur mam ne mera phone uthana band kr diya. Aur mera number block list me daal rakha hai. Kam se kam mera 10, 000 kharcha ho gaya hai. Abh main kiya kru plz and me... Mannu kumar placed in shri lanka headquarter is threatening me in name of reputed l&t company and blackmailing me as i was getting scared coz of few photos he having of mine n he is forcing me to meet... I hv bundle of messages he sent me as proof,,, i dont wanted to take inside talks outside in media so complaining here, to warn him against eve teasing and mental harrasment as he already been involved in police case in nit patna... I am really frustrated with l&t housing finance (Loan a/c number blrhl[protected]

1. They have kept increasing my rate of interest for no specific reason. Especially when our government of india has drastically reduced the rate of interest. Currently they have increased it to 11.50%. I can get personal loan for a cheaper rate?

2. For the above loan account, i need to pay emi of rs. 551. I had signed their ecs form twice as there was some mistake from l&t it never got processed. The ecs form for rs. 25k is working without any issue but the ecs for rs. 551 has issues coz of l&t mistake & they blame me for the same? They came up with a solution of prepaid cheques.. Which i did issue & thereafter with neft transferring which i am currently doing it ontime. I'll take the latest example of insurance loan emi paid on 1st nov, 2019 through neft.. It should ideally take 24 hours for the amount to reflect in bank. But for lt& it takes 12 days & they are asking me to pay late fees for their mistake? I have informed l&t personal on 1st nov, with all the screen shots & he confirmed he has updated his records...

Sir/ madam... They are mentally harassing/ torturing me for their mistake... Is it because i am just a lady & they can do whatever they want? I have had loan in this bank for 5 years & each day has been a nightmare. I am so frustrated with all the torture that i have decided to close the loan account & have already raised request. But l&t team finds fun in torturing me. They still call me & ask for late payment fees. Today, the are continuously calling me & disconnecting the call just after one ring... This is a serious issue & i really need a resolution as i am closing my loan a/c because of their day to day torture.

I am a very frustrated customer & have informed all my circle to never ever take loan from l&t

I am a student studying in france this company offered me a job but no reply from there side and they take 80000 rs i have all the document they cheated me on this so, they asked me the document charges and security deposits i have complete transactions id and sending letter they sent asked draft charges to pay i am completly blackmailed like if you won't pay you will not come to india being an indian citizen why i can't come to india they are asking me money and lot i will give each and every statement of transaction and i will launch complaint on this.

This to bring to your notice that received an interview letter stating to pay money which I haven’t paid but after some day one of your employees name Chirag Bhatt (Zonal Manager) location Powai had took money ₹3500 each from me & my friend for aptitude test & assured us that I had been selected. He had also issue me fake appointment letter... Request you to look into this matter as the employee of your company only going such a fraud thing with other

I received an sms with the link: http://bit.ly/LarsentoubrocomInterviewLetter this link contained a Interview-invitation-letter (pdf). Within the letter they offered an interview for which the candidate needs to pay 7799+1403 rupees. They claimed this to be the refundable amount which will be paid back as long as the candidate attends the interview. They claimed this is so as to encourage only the serious job seekers to apply for their interviews. I recieved a call from +[protected]voice/whatsapp communication). They sent me their account details and asked me to pay a total of Rs.9204/- to confirm the booking of my interview on or before 4pm on 19th oct, 2019.

I enquired about the details and paid the money. after which i also recieved an EMPTY admit card and application document. They also asked me to send my details such as photograph, passport, ID-proof, address payment recipts etc.. This was pretty convencing. But ever since then, there was no further contact from them. I have tried contacting then again for the past 5 days.

Today the call got connected and the HR managers exact words were : "we have gone through your application and wish to give you a direct job offer. The interview is cancled and you will move onto the placement. which city do you choose? ( Bangalore). so your salary will be Rs.52000/- and if you agree to pay 26000/- by today we will return you the 9204/- Interview refundable amount."

so basically they want me to pay additional 26000/- without ANY ASSURANCE of a genuine job offer. And unless i pay 26000/- they won't return me my 9204/-

I wish you could take action and stop this group of scammers. i already lost my money i don't think i can get it back. but i hope the scammers could be stopped so that no more people would loose their money and fall victim to the online job-fraud.

It's a black mark to the name of a MNC such as L&T.

I worked in l&t infotech from may 2018 to june[protected] as part of my performance i recieved special pay bonus letter for the month of march and june.in my full and final settlement they didn’t credited my special pay. I followed up with he and chs team regarding and they were helpless in this.

I submitted relavent documents twice but they closed those tickets without proper response

And all feeder connected to running load that is connected to ahu machines, and damage cards of ac & compressor.
And employee persons also injuries, all kind of damage whose response.
Which kind of testing of mccb dh125 model.

The severage work is completed but the road finishing is not completed it has since 2 /3months no one is taking charges how should it complete the public is suffering due to your neglecting the half of road finishing is completed before rathyatra anf half of the is not completed till now the dust is too heavy. There were 5-10 customers waited for more than 2 hours for NOC but no response finally this guy PRADAN came asked us to wait if not asked to get lost. What the ### was it how can be so rude. Please take action against him and mean while I'm going to post the same on Twitter and all social media site even have plans to reach media ASAP
