Hi,

My service with l&t was 4 years, 11 months, 5 days

As per gratuity payment act 1972 (Find below) i am eligible for gratuity as per section 2a

When i check in system and ssc customer helpline both are saying its should be 5 years and i don't agree with it

So my understating is this issue needs to be escalated to the authority in trustee who knows the law and legal.

When i check in lnt infotech system its saying it should be 5 years and i don't agree with it.

Sir i have joined course now they are providing fake call letters of L&T take some legal action.They are playing game with our careers take some strict action a big mnc company it is.
