Larsen & Toubro Infotech [L&t] — I need annexure K for my PF transfer request but L&T RBS-SSC team is not responding

I have got my PF transfer request completed via form-13 but the amount settled in my current employer account is 0. I need the annexure K from LTI to process it further.
