Dear sir, Good morning!!! This is anand. R - from m/s. Bhoruka extrusions pvt ltd, mysore. One of the major accident happened in our plant on 14.08.2017 due to l&t make mccb model du125 is blast in apfc panel and one person injured just walk near by the panel. Before accident someone observed humming sound, but we are not carried out any work on this panel.
