Larsen & Toubro Infotech [L&t] — PF Transfer out

Hi Team,

I have requested for my PF transfer out since long time from my previous organization (L&T Infotech), where I have worked from 1st July 2019 to 10th May 2021. They have asked me to send a list of documents as a hard copy to their head office I have sent all the documents as hardcopy and also mailed them all the same. They said they have submitted these to EPFO, and the process will take some time, but it's been more than 6 months, but I didn't hear back from them even after multiple follow ups via email then I have called the helpdesk and they have again given the same team's contact and no other help/solution was suggested. Then I have raised ticket in the respective portal without proper solution the tickets are merely closed. After many months they have provided me the joint declaration and asking me to raise grievance in EPFO portal but in EPFO portal they are asking for employer attested Aadhar card, but LTI is not providing it and EPFO is also closing the grievance without proper solution. I keep mailing and raising tickets in all possible portals but in vain. My current employer is asking for annexure K from LTI to process transfer in, but LTI is not providing me that as well.

I would request you to please help me out to get transfer out my PF amount. It's been more than a year am struggling.

Please help me out for getting my PF transfer out from L&T Infotech organization.
