Larsen & Toubro Infotech [L&t] — urgent complaint regarding unnecessary delay in drinking water supply

I am writing on behalf of L&T Construction to formally lodge a complaint regarding the ongoing delay in the provision of drinking water at our project site offices located in the Gujarat State, particularly in the districts of Vadodara, Anand, Ahmedabad, and Mehmedabad.

We would like to bring to your attention the following issues:

Unnecessary Delay: Despite providing the necessary purchase order and ensuring that there are zero outstanding payments, there has been an ongoing delay in the delivery of drinking water.

Lack of Communication: We have made several attempts to contact your team through emails and phone calls, but unfortunately, there has been no response. Furthermore, no calls have been picked up, and our emails remain unanswered.

Monthly Requirement: As per our contract, we require 150 caret of drinking water every month for our site offices. This is a regular, scheduled requirement, and the delay in supply is affecting our daily operations.

Given the critical nature of this issue and its direct impact on our project operations, we kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this matter. We expect a prompt response and swift resolution to ensure that there are no further disruptions to our work.
