Larsen & Toubro Limited — PF section not responsive, its been 6 years that I' trying, PF transfer not happening

SSC portal helpline never works, they have not updates my DOE EPS, because of this I'm not able to initiate PF transfer, there is no way to reach them out, I even sent a letter as a registered post(hard copy to their address :
