Laxmipatifab — order for saree given and online payment also done but delivery seems completely fraudulent

I found this site on facebook and ordered 2 sarees worth 2598 with confirmed order detail “order #7247 on 23rd june 2020. Site providing the option of online payment for 20% instant discount and hence i paid entire amount. As per the site detail, they were assuring delivery in 3-4 days

Now when i am trying to call on customer care ‭91-[protected]‬ it is switched off for last so many days. They have also provided one whatsapp contact number, the user +[protected] is reading all the messages from my end but not responding, seems like totally fraudulent

There is no option of order tracking available which is also indicating that it is fraud.

Pls help on this

Now today when i am checking the status of my order (Order detail already given in my primary complaint) at laxmipatifab.com, it is showing cancelled. So it means they are deliberately cancelling the order so that they can avoid the delivery to customer end. Moreover they have also not refunded my money as well. This is serious crime

I am attaching the screenshot for the same which i just saved

I request pl see this fraud otherwise along with me some others will become hunt of this online fraud. Kindly help to get my money back

Can i know the status on my issue? It is online fraud as well as i have shared all the related informations. This site Laxmipatifab.com is still looting people and actively advertising on related platforms like Facebooks

I complained on 1st and today a week has gone but still i am awaiting on the response

I also didn’t receive any call from consumer complain cells as well.

This needs ab urgent alarm. Please do needful or let us know if such fraudulent can not be trapped by you, at least we then will not keep any hope
