I ordered a saree online from laxmisaree.com with 399 rs on 25th august 2020, i still not received any delivery, not even contact no is there on site to contact....

I paid 2349 through google pay, it showed bharthipay. After i paid, i am still seeing place and order and pay. How can this happen? I already paid but it is still showing payment pending in the website. There is no particular customer care contact number or chat box to communicate. No communication. And when i see the complaints forum, i am wondering many people are having this issue. This is ridiculous. If nothing is working in the website...

I ordered 2 sarees worth RS. 798 from laxmisaree.com and paid for it online. The order was placed on 28th July 2020 and the order I'd is 14382. To this day I still haven't received any delivery of the product. I tried contacting their customer care number as well as mail innumerable times but it's a waste. Kindly help me get my money back. I ordered 2 sarees from this website on 4th July, 2020. The order number was #7542. Till now, I didn't receive the order and I have already paid for the sarees. The site is unresponsive, the whats app contact number is also unresponsive. I am not understanding what to do..It is a fraud conduct....
