LazyPay — Settlement done, but still asking for money - ref

I did used Lazy pay card for Rs.49000/- I couldn't close it due to high penalty and then they called me for settlement. I paid Rs 53350/- as settlement charges as guided by them. They didn't provide me NOC as they promised and now again they are calling me everyday to pay Rs.14000/- I don't what this charge is for. I mailed them with all payment proof many time, still they didn't help me in this issue. Please help me and resolve this problem....

I have not used lazy pay till date.but im receiving calls and messages since 2 years from various numbers saying I have a debt of 445 rs to them which I have to clear or il face issues with banks while taking loans...
