On 31st Aug i received a call on IVR for purchase on 2795 and said i had to give the OTP to stop of the transaction if i had not done it. I provided the OTP to stop but i received a message saying the transaction was successful and i had to pay 2759 by 3rd september. I complianed to Lazypay that its a fraud transaction but instead of investigating on the issues, they are sending continous messages asking to pay. First of all, i have not used Lazypay, i dont have an account at all with them. Then with whose permission they have given the credit, just with a phonenumber. They ask me to send the mail through registered mail id, but i have never registsred then how can i mail trhough registered mail id, . I have not installed any of their apps and came to know about Lazy pay only after this incident. First of all, this lazypay is becoming base for all fraud transactions. I have raised complaint with RBI, Cyber security and lazypay as well.

Updated by ppbala Please check on this company and its way of operating. So many fraud transactions are reported and seems no one is taking action on them. Instead of teaking help from cyber security services and stopping fraud transactions, they are only sending messages to pay. They said they blocked the account temporarily, but when i have not has any account opening with them, how did they create an account for me and how did they allow such a transaction.
