I have received a wrong bill to be repaid, and was forced to pay it.
Pathetic service, I've complained several times on the website yet not received a single response. The phone number provided for customer support isn't working as well.

I need the entire money to be credited back to my account.

Despite of messaging Lazypay multiple times, I haven't received a single message....

I made a transaction to merchant, but it went pending, how long it will it take to resolve, i paid Rs.9, 953 amount with the transaction id TXN[protected], Kindly give me a resolution ASAP....

I have to charged only 2000 but lazypay charged me 2120 extra 120 rupee charged in my bill...

I have paid on ecarepro of amount rs 9409 has deducted but Transcation unsuccessful.and now total 10 days over its didn't credited back in source i talked to paytm gateway also they told money hasnt received to us as txn sas unsuccessful.please help me to get refund....

I want to foreclose the loan account, but there is no point of contact to get clarified or there exists no documentation about foreclosure procedure.
Requesting to take necessary action to update the details.

Maine lazypay se[protected] ko 5000 ki deen transaction ki lekin 1 to failed ho gyi uska refund aa gya lekin do processing me thi next day vo succesful dikha rha hai lekin vo 2 bhi 5000 ki transaction nhi hui please refund my amount...

I want a whole replacement for my phone if this continues
I have received 1786 sms and 1900 emails for the payment of 1134 rps nly

I have credit limit of 30, 000 i have used all limit and i repay everytime on date.recently they asked me to apply for lazy card when I'm applying it showed your limit will not decrease so I applied after getting card my limit decreased by 20, 000 and limit shows now -20, 000 how can I pay suddenly that much amount. Please increase my limit to old limit I don't even need your card....

Transition failed but amount not refund in lazy pay card.
I have Transition for 507.5, 511.5, 511.5, 511.5, 511.5. All above are not refund in lazy card.

Its very worst service not satisfied.
Fast refund in lazy pay card.

The due amount was debited twice from my account. I paid it myself the first time, and then it got auto debited again later in the day and was never refunded to me. Contacted my bank, they said I need to contact Lazypay. So wrote to their customer complaint through their support page, but have neither received a response in several days nor the amount that was supposed to be refunded....

Sir please check my transactions of repuees 9500 on 01 feb 2022.
Transaction successful from lazy pay and 9500 deducted but not receive by merchant. I have contacted with merchant and he sent me payment failed confirmation from his side. Both screenshot are attached....

I had made payment on mobikwik on 28/01/2022 for Rs.4995/- the transaction was successful on lazypay account and it's still showing, not received on mobikwik. After contacting mobikwik costumer support they told the transaction was unsuccessful and refunded to your account. Till date i had not received refund on lazypay, and unable to connect with lazypay .. i had sent many mail's no responses received till date 05/02/2011...

I have already paid payment for the courier sent from dunzo on 21st jan 2022. Kindly find attachment below and same has been shared on lazypay whatsApp business account. But, still your team calling to do payment again an again. Why should i pat without any service opting. Kindly check the below attachments an update your records and inform your team to irritating me....

I have never did any registration with lazypay but on[protected] I got msg from lazypay transaction of rs 1500 success at payu this was a fraud transaction happen by lazypay team without sharing any otp this company is fraud there is many person got this type transaction msg after 15days lazypay sending msgs and call for recovery...

I have paid all my transactions, however my account still shows an overdue amount with a late fee. Please check this immediately since it impacts my credit score....

Sir 9 months ago my kyc was verified but still now I didn't receive any update from loan...

Transaction failed at the merchant end and refund not credited to the lazypay account merchant said that talk to your card......
