    Payment Failed Refund not received

    I made an transaction on 18 on Paytm (One 97 Communication India Private Limited), amount was 380 after the next hour i received a message from paytm that your payment was failed we haven't received a amount from your bank side i.e. (SBM Bank) and the Lazy pay has deducted a amount from my account on next moment. I called to State Bank of Mauritius they told me to email at customer [protected]@sbmbank.co.in.

    I did the same day after...

    Hi Team,

    I cleared all EMIs of O/S loan amount of 100000/- which I have taken from Lazypay. Still showing next due amount is 3500/- in lazypay app. I am not sure to which this amount is referring to.

    I called to Lazypay Customer Care No.[protected]. Receiving only IVR stating that I need to check on website. Not receiving any assistance from them.

    Could you please check and fix the issue.

      On 30th January 2022, I got several OTPs from LazyPay then later I got the message that 3000 Rs. is Credited from my LazyPay Account. I have not created any account on LazyPay App. Also fake email ID used to create my account and did the financial fraud (Fake Email ID: [protected]@gmail.com)

      My Contact Number [protected] through which LazyPay Account created and 3000 Credit Used

        I have received a wrong bill to be repaid, and was forced to pay it.
        Pathetic service, I've complained several times on the website yet not received a single response. The phone number provided for customer support isn't working as well.
        Screenshot attached for proof.

        I need the entire money to be credited back to my account.

                  I want to foreclose the loan account, but there is no point of contact to get clarified or there exists no documentation about foreclosure procedure.

                      I have credit limit of 30, 000 i have used all limit and i repay everytime on date.recently they asked me to apply for lazy card when I'm applying it showed your limit will not decrease so I applied after getting card my limit decreased by 20, 000 and limit shows now -20, 000 how can I pay suddenly that much amount. Please increase my limit to old limit I don't even need your card.

                          The due amount was debited twice from my account. I paid it myself the first time, and then it got auto debited again later in the day and was never refunded to me. Contacted my bank, they said I need to contact Lazypay. So wrote to their customer complaint through their support page, but have neither received a response in several days nor the amount that was supposed to be refunded.

                          There is no ticket ID number. I posted 2 or 3 complaints through the app, and was told I will receive a response in 48 hrs. Can't you use my phone number? Or email ID, although it's different from the one I use here.

                            Transaction successful from lazy pay and 9500 deducted but not receive by merchant. I have contacted with merchant and he sent me payment failed confirmation from his side. Both screenshot are attached.

                              I had made payment on mobikwik on 28/01/2022 for Rs.4995/- the transaction was successful on lazypay account and it's still showing, not received on mobikwik. After contacting mobikwik costumer support they told the transaction was unsuccessful and refunded to your account. Till date i had not received refund on lazypay, and unable to connect with lazypay .. i had sent many mail's no responses received till date 05/02/2011

                                I have already paid payment for the courier sent from dunzo on 21st jan 2022. Kindly find attachment below and same has been shared on lazypay whatsApp business account. But, still your team calling to do payment again an again. Why should i pat without any service opting.                                   I have never did any registration with lazypay but on[protected] I got msg from lazypay transaction of rs 1500 success at payu this was a fraud transaction happen by lazypay team without sharing any otp this company is fraud there is many person got this type transaction msg after 15days lazypay sending msgs and call for recovery
